Could an engineer’s perspective offer a different way to think about your body?
In this episode of Living Life Naturally, Lynne Wadsworth welcomes Dan Lopez, founder of the Bioelectric Therapy Center, to explore his approach to complementary wellness. Dan shares the personal story behind his work, his views on the body’s electrical signaling, and why fatigue, sleep, and overall well-being are central to his conversations with clients.
This conversation explores Dan’s perspective and individual client experiences; it does not establish bioelectric therapy as a treatment for menopause symptoms or disease.
Although his father passed away before Dan discovered bioelectric therapy, that experience inspired a new direction in his work.
In our conversation, Dan explains how he thinks about the body’s electrical communication and describes the complementary wellness approach he has developed. We also discuss grounding, his views on pH and food choices, and the questions listeners should consider when exploring an unfamiliar wellness practice.
You’ll Hear:
- How Dan’s experience with his father shaped his interest in bioelectric wellness.
- Why he uses a battery analogy to explain his approach.
- His perspective on grounding, stress, sleep, and energy.
- How he describes his method of stimulating acupuncture points without needles.
- What he shares when asked about evidence and individual client experiences.
- The circumstances in which he says he would avoid providing sessions.
If you’ve been curious about bioelectric wellness, this episode offers an introduction to one practitioner’s perspective and a starting point for further questions.
