In this episode of Living Life Naturally, I’m joined by Dori Martin, a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner, certified Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis practitioner, and Midlife Hormone Mastery coach, to talk about a test many women have never been offered: Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis, also known as HTMA.

Dori has worked with over 5,000 midlife women, and her message is both practical and deeply validating: when women are told their symptoms are “just stress,” “just aging,” or “just hormones,” there may be deeper mineral, metabolic, and nervous system patterns driving how they feel.
