Many women reach midlife and start to notice that the habits that used to work for their body just do not seem to work the same way anymore. In this episode, I’m joined by Heike Yates, midlife fitness expert, author, and creator of the SPARK Framework, for a thoughtful conversation about what really changes during menopause and how women can rebuild strength and energy in a way that feels more realistic, supportive, and sustainable.
Heike shares from both professional and personal experience.
