About Kelly Majdan:

Kelly Majdan is the best-selling author of Lessons from the Obstacle Course: Five Strategies to Conquer the Muddy Fields of Life, speaker, and National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), who helps people plan for a life of wellness, longevity, and financial security.

Taking what she has learned on her own health journey and leveraging her twenty-five years in finance, she helps individuals develop a wellness strategy that optimizes their time, money, and resources, enabling them to continue doing what they enjoy well into their later years without breaking the bank. Following her own wellness strategy has enabled her and her husband, both over 50, to continue to participate in a few obstacle course races each year with their two children.

When not playing in the mud she can be found relaxing at home with their two massive dogs and a very spoiled cat.
