Lynne is a Board-Certified Holistic Health Practitioner (AADP) & Wellness Cooking Instructor with over 13 years of experience in the field of holistic living. She is the Founder of Holistic Health & Wellness and Host of the Living Life Naturally Podcast. Lynne is passionate about guiding women in midlife and menopause to enjoy more energy and vitality with less pain and frustration.
Lynne’s area of expertise involves working with women in the menopausal season of life who are tired of the changes they see, feel, and experience daily. She helps them achieve a higher level of health holistically, allowing them to live daily with more energy fewer mood swings, headaches, sugar cravings, and to experience healthy and sustainable weight loss – without deprivation, starvation, and most importantly, in a judgment-free zone. With her holistic approach to life, Lynne believes that living in health and wellness takes in many areas of our lives, not just with diet and healthy eating.
