About Mark Barnes:

Mark Barnes is a longtime educator, entrepreneur, and co-author of Hacking Life After 50: 10 Ways to Beat Father Time and Live a Long, Healthy, Joy-Filled Life. He is on a quest to live past 100 and bring anyone interested along for the ride.

Physical and mental wellbeing and living until and beyond 100 have become obsessions to Mark so he and his like-minded friend, Jim Sturtevant, decided to share their journeys and everything they know in Hacking Life After 50. Mark and Jim are determined to beat Father Time and have some practical strategies to make this happen.
