About Beatrice Caffrey:
After a long career in the hospitality industry, Beatrice turned her interest to Health, Wellness and Nutrition. Going through perimenopause and then menopause herself, she realized how important lifestyle was to her feeling her best at this stage of her life.
She now helps women navigate this period of their lives through nutrition, fitness and mindset. So often women put their own needs behind those of others – but in order to be of best service to those around us, we must look after ourselves first.

- We discuss what Beatrice’s perspective relating to foods and nutrition.
- As we age, things change for us. What we could eat before, maybe we can’t eat now.
- What are the most important foods for women when they get to their mid-forties and fifties?
- We discuss how protein helps in the rebuilding of cells, of muscles, etc., as well as keeping us full. Did you know it takes the body a little bit longer to digest protein, yet it’s really great to include protein in every single meal.
- Beatrice mentioned one form of protein for vegans called S-E-I-T-A-N. It actually comes from Japanese and it means from protein.
