Lucy Crisetig is passionate about helping women, creatively pause and look within to remember what makes them light up with purpose and fulfillment for their personal and business life to flourish.
Her own journey of discovering how to live from her soul’s wisdom on purpose and with self-nurturing has led her to experience life with more joy and less stress. She knows those valuable gems are also there for her clients.
Lucy uses powerful creative and mindful processes enabling her clients to find authenticity and meaning so they can feel lit up and on fire about life!
Lucy is a certified creative mindfulness coach who combines creativity, mindfulness and personal growth tools with intuition and empathy to help clients find an authentic version of themselves. Her clients have built renewed relationships with themselves and their loved ones as a result.
Lucy’s greatest gift is guiding people to those genius moments. The moments when their own wisdom is awakened with a deep realization and then a shift in their perspective that helps them release what hasn’t been working for them so they can make way for a new co-creative path forward.
