Sue Thomas is the Sugar Free Coach who empowers people to break their addiction to sugar. When breaking the cycle of sugar consumption we can improve relationships, have greater mental clarity, be more productive and feel more confident in our clothes every single day.

Sue is a nutrition expert, wellbeing mentor and keynote speaker, having been in the wellbeing industry for 20 years. Her main area of focus is sugar, which contributes to sleep quality, weight management and hormone balance.

She provides practical daily steps that can be taken daily to gradually improve long term wellbeing and break the cycle of sugar consumption. This helps participants avoid overwhelm and encourages them to start implementing changes almost instantly.
