In this episode of Tea & Truth, I’m sharing 5 gentle ways to reconnect with your feminine energy in midlife in a grounded, practical, and relatable way. If you’ve been longing to reconnect with yourself in midlife, trust yourself more deeply, and stop feeling like you have to keep pushing through every day, this conversation is for you.

We talk about what it means to slow down enough to hear yourself again, honor your body’s rhythms, allow beauty and softness to matter, receive support more easily, and make space for self-reflection so you can strengthen your intuition and self-trust.

I also share a couple of personal stories, including sweet memories of growing up in England with a park behind our house full of open space, swings, dandelions, daisies, and even an old castle wall — along with a more humorous story about how being introverted but nervous can sometimes lead to what I call “verbal diarrhea.”
