She is the Founder of Holistic Health & Wellness and Host of the Living Life Naturally Podcast. Lynne is passionate about guiding women in midlife and menopause to enjoy more energy and vitality with less pain and frustration.

Lynne’s area of expertise involves working with women in the menopausal season of life who are tired of the changes they see, feel, and experience daily.
