Frustrated by years of ineffective traditional treatments for severe headaches, Dr. Jeff pursued chiropractic and nutrition degrees, unlocking his ability to help others heal holistically by following basic health principles, some of which he shares with us in this episode.
Dr. Jeff outlines key lifestyle factors and nutrients vital for immune function, such as avoiding inflammatory foods, limiting sugar, and obtaining vitamin C, D, and minerals. He also discusses detecting and addressing underlying infections or weaknesses.
