Heather Whelpley is a speaker and author of the award-winning book An Overachiever’s Guide To Breaking The Rules: How To Let Go Of Perfect and Live Your Truth and host of the podcast, Grounded Wildness. Her work galvanizes women to break the rules with purpose, reclaim their bold voice, and unleash their authentic leadership—and life.

Heather has spoken to thousands of people across the US and internationally, including Fortune 500 companies, nonprofits, universities, and associations. Prior to starting her business, Heather spent over a decade in human resources and managing development programs for high-achieving women at Fortune 500 companies in the US, Australia, and Latin America.

Her first book, An Overachiever’s Guide To Breaking The Rules: How To Let Go Of Perfect and Live Your Truth, has won multiple awards, including the Next Generation Indie Book Awards, Living Now Book Awards, and the Eric Hoffer Book Awards. Heather second book, Grounded Wildness, was just published. Heather lives in Colorado where she spends as much time hiking and exploring as possible.
