Melissa Tohlakai is expert in helping women navigate menopause naturally without the side effects of HRT or other medications. She is a qualified Nutritionist, Herbalist, and Board Certified Holistic Practitioner.
Over the last decade Melissa has been helping women use natural methods to relieve symptoms who were frustrated after being told by their physicians that their hot flushes, weight gain and other perimenopausal symptoms can only be helped with HRT or that they’ll just have to “ride it out”.
She gives health-savvy women the tools and knowledge they need to lose stubborn weight, escape debilitating hot flushes and rescue the health of their intimate areas so they can enjoy life with confidence again using a unique approach that she has spent the last 10 years refining.
