About Ann Hince:

Ann had a childhood with plenty of trauma and dysfunction. She had PTSD into her 30s – the result of two alcoholic parents.

She became a software engineer because it was so comforting to know that logic could work in part of her life, even though it never seemed to work in her chaotic life as a child.

In her 30s and 40s she was afforded the luxury of being a stay-at-home mom to her two boys. Realizing how traumatized she still was when her boys were young, she set out to become the calm mom she wanted to be. She changed. Things changed. Life changed

Her goal is to reach those people who really want inner change, inner peace – those who have the desire and will to do the inner work. There are many who do not want to look inside, but if you are someone who does, who really wants change, then it is my pleasure to show you the path. Twenty years later the tears from that trauma were still just under the surface.

Ann found a simple technique that helped her release these emotions – but she went further and can now put her awareness inside her body – and has changed the bone structure of her skull and grown ½ an inch at age 55. Ann has found that seeking out our truth, what we truly feel, and accepting those feelings, is the key to inner peace.


What We Discuss In This Episode:

Over the past few years, Ann has shifted her skull bones by releasing tension in the connective tissue, which she can release simply with focused attention, or focused awareness. She’s also grown ½ an inch as a 55-year-old, because of this release of inner tension.

The x-rays on her website that show these changes – aligning of eye sockets, centering of jaw bones, straightening of neck.

She explains the connection between emotional, mental, physical and spiritual health, a connection which isn’t well understood but is important to understand given the current state of our world.

She shares her story started as a quest for inner peace, because she recognized she was too reactionary, and her mind was very busy and very negative – from being born with her right foot up against her right shin, being adopted, merciless teasing as the first girl boarder at a boy’s boarding school, growing up with two alcoholic parents, and finding her mother dead in the bathroom when I was 19.

She used a couple of techniques to peel back the layers of suppressed emotions and as a result, her awareness expanded to become aware of her emotions, then the physical sensations underneath the emotions, then eventually she became aware inside her physical body.

She shares that we all have these capabilities inside of ourselves, and if we can shift our bones, imagine what else we can do?

She discusses how we can change our signal to attract different results. such as(clothing, hair, shape, stance, thoughts, words, the big one: inner tension.

Ann shares how she went about making these changes?

She believes we can change the world with this work by accepting our emotions around everything around us– race, politics, climate, etc. – whatever they may be, whatever side we are on. When we remove the emotional charge, we no longer attract the experience, there is no longer any need for us to attract it.
