About Lynne Wadsworth:
Lynne Wadsworth is the owner and founder of Holistic Health & Wellness, LLC., and curator of the Energized Healthy Women’s Club. She is an AADP Certified Holistic Health practitioner who earned her certification through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition in New York. She is also a Certified Wellness Cooking Instructor.
Lynne’s area of expertise involves working with women who are in approaching or in midlife, and who are tired of the changes they see and experience daily. She helps them achieve a higher level of health, allowing them to experience more energy, less belly bloat, fewer mood swings, headaches, sugar cravings, and weight loss. She believes that living in health and wellness takes in many areas of our lives, not just with diet and healthy eating. She helps her clients make permanent changes in an easy and sustainable way.

I share my own personal story of bad health, continual migraines, the yo-yo diet effect on my life, continual fatigue and poor eating habits (including a full blown sugar addiction).
I finally had enough and decided to do some research and look for some options to learn how to improve my life as a whole. During that same period of time 9 years ago, I embarked on a journey to turn my life around with my migraines (through a wonderful holistic program for migraines), and I also started attending the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I learned the principles of how to change your life from living in bad health with bad habits, to living a healthy lifestyle and renewing my life.
This was my turning point, and I’m honoured to help my clients find this easy-to-implement healthy lifestyle to set them up for success.
As I work with clients who are wondering what has happened to their body and their life as peri-menopause hits, I teach them that life can actually take on new meaning during this wonderful time of life. It’s as easy as an easy change in mindset and a shifting in healthy lifestyle practices.
I firmly believe that we can live in and through midlife with joy, energy, balanced hormones and confidence. I strongly believe that life begins at 50 (the old 40). We can go through this peri-menopausal, menopausal stage of life with ease and confidence.
