YUMMY LENTIL SALAD

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • ½ cup cabbage chopped
  • ½ avocado chopped
  • cup celery chopped
  • cup jicama chopped
  • cup chopped parsley and cilantro combined
  • juice of one lemon
  • 2 tablespoons raw apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup cooked lentils
  • 3 tablespoons hemp seeds

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl add mixed greens, cabbage, avocado, celery, jicama, and fresh herbs. Top with lemon juice, vinegar, cooked lentils, and hemp seeds.
  • Toss salad well to combine and serve.
