About Melissa Phillipoff:
Melissa Phillipoff is a Life Purpose and Motivation Coach who is passionate about guiding women along their path of self-discovery and helping them develop into the very best version of themselves, and find their Inner Spark. It is her mission to empower those in her community and those she works closely with to become fully confident in their own unique value, so they can find their purpose, follow their passions, and design the life they were truly meant for: one full of abundance and joy.
Following the defeat of her own demons – battles with confidence issues, depression, medical challenges, and infertility, Melissa is frequently asked to speak publicly, sharing what’s worked for her to inspire her audiences to overcome their own difficulties and hardships and to never give up on their dreams and goals.
Melissa lives in Edmonton Alberta where she continues her quest to help others find happiness and joy in life and spending time with her family and friends. She is an avid reader and can often be found curled up with a good book or her Ereader.
What We Discuss In This Episode:
Having dealt with depression and confidence issues in her own life, Melissa set off on a journey to change things in her life to connect with herself and be more confident. Having dealt with weight issues, she has learned how to change her belief systems and passed on her expertise to her clients. She is a believer in visualization and mindset work to help her clients be very conscious of how this can be a life-changer. She digs deeper with her clients so that they can do the actually work on themselves whether they have had a traumatic life or not.
She helps women get past that “little voice” within through various exercises such as the mirror exercise. This ultimately helps bring us to a better love level for self and belief in self. She also teaches clients how to really use affirmations that will really bring life changes that stick.
Melissa also discussed how the isolation of COVID can cause depression, anxiety, and loneliness, but Melissa shares how we can changed that up so that you can have connections, even virtually, during this time and have the help and support you need.
Melissa has dealt with hormone imbalances and infertility and she openly shares how she dealt with these issues as early as her late 20s and how she did not let this be an obstacle in her life.
