About Dawn Showler:

Having worked within a legal environment for the majority of her working life, as well as working as a fitness instructor in her spare time, Dawn made the decision to walk away from the corporate world and qualify as a Personal Trainer to focus 100% on women’s health and well-being.

Not only working on the physical element to support her clients’ goals, Dawn also provides advice, guidance and recommendations around the benefits of healthy eating.

Supporting her clients throughout their time with Dawn is a given and, just as importantly sharing her knowledge and skills, so that when the time is right her clients’ have the confidence and understanding to take what they have learned by embracing it as a part of their lives.

Dawn shares her powerful story on her own struggles with peri-menopause and menopause.

Having never learned anything about menopause or peri-menopause as she was growing up, once this phase of life arrived for her, she felt unprepared.

She has tried many things to help her through this period of her life, and she is very transparent in sharing how she has walked through this period of her life.
