Banana Chia Seed Pudding with Almond Butter

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
  • cup chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ¼ cup almond butter
  • 1 ripe banana

Instructions
 

  • Mix the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, and almond butter in a bowl. Let the mixture set for 5 minutes, then mix again. The chia seeds should have absorbed most of the liquid. Top with sliced banana and serve.
