About Pam Reilly:

Pam Reilly is a Personal Trainer & Group Fitness Coach. She is pretty goofy, energetic and curious. She wears a bunch of different hats: mom, special educator, dog’s best friend, giggler, athlete and personal trainer and always and forever; a joyrider and fierce wellness advocate! She has a passion for people, nourishment and movement in nature, and she believes in the power of community. Since reuniting with her inner wild child, she began to share her true self, my experience and her voice through writing.

What We Discuss In This Episode:

What makes you bubble? What makes you smile? Who can make you giggle? What lies below burnout?

Pam shares how she felt good being there for others, helping others and caring for others. Without knowing, she’d created this intention, and pursued it her whole life to the point of it becoming my identity. She got to the point where she was so tired of working at caring for my family, working full time, and raising young children and realized she couldn’t find the time to do the things that she enjoyed and needed.

Once she began to give herself space and permission to re-birth herself, she created an intention for a peaceful and stable home and a loving and supportive family where everyone felt seen, appreciated and like they belonged, including her!

How do YOU want to move forward?

Carve and sculpt an attitude of curiosity to investigate and play with how you show up in the world. Open up to intuitive, explore resistance.

Change and adjust your patterns and both the awareness and sensation that brings new life force within us and learn to empower your own presence and awareness by building daily habits and practices.

Empowerment comes from supporting self, self-support is self-care, so cultivate, create, nourish habits, rituals and daily practices to bring yourself to every moment, ever experience in your day. Have an intention to move toward with something and then celebrate your progress.

So many think they can’t be still – but the great news is that you can find stillness through movement – perhaps walking in nature or walking your dog and in as little as 15 minutes you’ll feel that stillness and quiet – even if it’s only for a short period of time. Then celebrate that success so that you can move forward and look forward with anticipation for that short period of time when you’ll know that stillness again.
