About Bonny Prim:
Bonny Prim lives in England and is a Life Coach, Health & Well-Being Coach, Yoga Teach and Mindfulness, and Meditation Teacher.
Like many women (and young girls), Bonny dieted for most of her life, starting at the tender age of 16! This pattern continued throughout her adult life – trying to lose weight and signing up for the next new thing on the market, with its promise of lasting results and that it would be the answer to all her problems. The trouble was they were not the answer, and instead lead me down a path of constant yoyo dieting, which took its toll on my health and my metabolism to boot!
Fast forward to 2011 when her body decided enough was enough. She couldn’t even lose weight by following these ‘diet’ plans and exercising, so she went to her doctor begging for help.
She was at the end of her tether, at an all-time low; eating to make herself feel better, then feeling fed up because she had put more weight on.
She was lucky enough to have an amazing doctor who really supported her and helped her to understand how to eat properly (something that previous ‘diets’ had never done) and do the right type of exercise as well.
To add to it all, she had to have a hysterectomy at the age 39 – knowing all too well what hitting the menopause is like and all the symptoms that come with it.
These experiences led to her passion to study as a Nutritional Therapist and Life Coach which now enables her to combine these skills to help clients who just want to find a way to break out of the cycle of losing weight and then putting more back on, to get control of symptoms they are experiencing, or to help with health concerns they have.
