CURRY GARLIC CARROT FRIES

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large carrots
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • sea salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Wash and peel each carrot. Slice the carrots into French fries, then add to a mixing bowl. Add coconut oil, curry, and garlic powder. Mix until the carrot fries are well coated. Add the carrot fries in a single layer onto a baking sheet. Bake for about 20 minutes.
  • When the fries are brown, remove from the heat and immediately sprinkle with sea salt before serving.
