Magic Protein Balls
A quick and healthy snack
Ingredients
- 1 cup almonds
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut unsweetened
- 8 Medjool dates pitted and soaked
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender until well mixed.
- Scoop into balls and store in a closed container in the refrigerator until ready to eat.
