Black Bean Taco Salad

Healthy and Easy Salad for Dinner

Ingredients
  

  • 8 cups Baby spinach
  • 8 cups Romaine lettuce
  • 2 15-oz, cans Black beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 1/2 cups Black olives
  • 2 lg. Tomatoes chopped
  • 1 small Red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 bunch Cilantro chopped
  • 3 Limes juiced
  • 2 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1 tsp. Chili powder
  • Sea Salt to taste
  • Black Pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Feta cheese optional
  • 2 Avocados sliced

Instructions
 

ASSEMBLE SALAD

  • Add spinach and romaine to a large mixing bowl and set aside.
  • Add the remaining ingredients to a separate mixing bowl.
  • Mix well.
  • Add to the lettuce before serving.
