Banana Chia Seed Pudding with Almond Butter

Ingredients
- 1 cup unsweetened non-dairy milk
- ⅓ cup chia seeds
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup almond butter
- 1 ripe banana
Instructions
- Mix the non-dairy milk, chia seeds, cinnamon, honey, and almond butter in a bowl. Let the mixture set for 5 minutes, then mix again. The chia seeds should have absorbed most of the liquid. Top with sliced banana and serve.
