In the past, I used to eat a lot of junk food, sweets, candy, and processed foods. I was on and off diets for years. Finally I saw the light! I now have more energy, I don’t get sick very often, and I enjoy the foods I eat.
Here are some foods to add  to your diet to help you burn fat:
  • Avocados  If we are dieting, we tend to “shy away” from fats. The truth is that we shouldn’t be afraid of eating fats —as long as they’re the right fats. Some dietary fats, like those found in avocado, can actually help with weight loss. Avocados contain 50 calories per 1 oz. serving and have less than 1 gram of sugar per serving. Eat a quarter to a half of an avocado and watch that belly fat melt away.

One-half cup of these fiber-packed beans contains almost 4 grams of fat-blasting Resistant Starch, a healthy carb that boosts metabolism.
  • Garbanzo beans – Garbanzo beans are naturally low in fat, high in protein and rich in fiber, which makes them ideal for a weight-loss diet. They’re also a great source of fiber, protein, and healthy fats
