In one of my recent  blogs, we talked about inflammation. Even looking at this picture takes me right to where I often feel the tension, inflammation and pain that often triggers a migraine — or even a tension headache which turns into a migraine.

Inflammation is actually an immune response that our bodies use to protect itself from irritants.  When inflammation gets out of control, your body is in a constant state of attack. This is often what happens when we feel the signs of a migraine, arthritic pain, auto-immune flare-ups, etc. Inflammation can leave us with a host of uncomfortable health issues to deal with.

Some foods can cause inflammation, such as the unhealthy junk foods loaded with sugar and chemicals our bodies don’t recognize. But the good news is that there are also foods that can fight inflammation, allowing an anti-inflammatory benefit to sweep through your digestive system.

Today, I am giving you nine of my favorite anti-inflammatory foods for you to enjoy more of on a regular basis!  Just click the picture below to download your free guide now.
