While everyone may want to lose weight quickly and there are ways to help (like the ones I am sharing below), I am here to tell you that there is no magic pill that can make you thin in a month. Trust me, I’ve tried it! You can certainly lose a substantial amount of weight in a month, but it is not sustainable if you are not going to continue on with a healthy eating pattern. I learned that the hard way. I am the queen of fad diets and yo-yo dieting. I am a life time member of one of those most famous diets. Yet, I found I lost the weight and put it right back on after I stopped – even when I was on some type of maintenance plan. I was always down on myself; certain I just didn’t have the willpower to keep on going and not gain  more weight.
However, there are several ways that you can jump-start your weight loss by increasing your metabolism. So I am going to share 10 of them with you in this blog post.
