3 Easy Steps to Weight Loss, Energy and More

In this blog, we are going to talk about why digestion is so important to your health, and how it can help you with weight loss as well as having an energized life and even balanced sugar.

I learned the hard way years ago all about unhealthy digestion. It started with an hiatal hernia and then I was plagued with irritable bowel syndrome, had to have my gallbladder our, and then I ended up with really bad GERD plus that [unspeakable] constipation problem. One I started delving into living a healthier lifestyle combined with going to college at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, I learned that by changing the way I eat and changing up my lifestyle, I could “rock it” in the energy department, plus feel like a million bucks. It was incredible to realize what I had been missing out on all of those years…..and even more, I realized I had wasted thousands of dollars over the years investing in different weight loss programs and trying all those fad diets that just didn’t get me anywhere in the long run.

During my the worse migraine years of my life, I would be incapacitated for days at a time. It was nothing for my migraines to go on for 4 to 5 days.
