Equipment

  • Blend until smooth

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Apple
  • 1- Cup Frozen Mango
  • ½ Banana
  • Handful of Kale or Spinach
  • Handful of parsley
  • 1 T ground flax seeds
  • Slice of ginger root
  • 1 Cup of Coconut Water
  • ½ Cup Greek Yogurt

  • Blend until smooth
