Instructions
Add the kale to a large bowl. Add parsley, lemon juice, garlic, avocado, olive oil, sea salt, and pepper. Use your bare hands to massage the salad together until the kale is soft and wilted. The kale leaves should turn a dark green color. Add the garbanzo beans, walnuts, and turkey slices (optional). Toss before serving.
