A Little More About Me
My whole life had been about dieting – you know, the latest fad and quick fix diet, the lifetime member diets…I must have been a professional yo-yo dieter. Always looking for quick but simple changes. After many years of this strategy I knew for sure it didn’t work. I would always find myself back at the beginning (and a few extra pounds always came along too!).
So I shifted my focus and began looking for more than a quick fix or a diet book. I wanted to make lifelong changes.
This is one of the reasons I decided to attend the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. I was always interested in health, but when I graduated as a certified coach, I wanted to create a program that would help people take small steps towards lifelong, sustainable changes. It is my might to inspire people so that they can have transformation.
