Meet Lynne

I am originally from England, and came to the United States two years after marrying my wonderful husband who was serving his country in the U.S. Air Force.

When we met, he was stationed in England and had no intention of getting married or having a family for a long time. But here we are, two children, and many wonderful years later!!!

Since coming to the States, I have lived in many beautiful places throughout this great country, finally moving back to my husband’s home state of Florida before he retired from the military. I love living in this state — I love the beach, the beautiful sunsets, and the warm weather!! We live on a lake, so we are blessed to be surrounded by some awesome nature, with water pretty much right in our backyard.


My Personal Experience

I have a unique empathy for those who suffer from severe headaches and migraines. Having suffered with continual, chronic and debilitating migraines since having my first child, in the fairly recent past, I had a breakthrough by holistic means. My personal experience can help you achieve a new level of relief from migraines through dietary changes, relaxation and many other techniques. I found myself, probably like you, longing to get off my pain medication, and dreaming of getting rid of those debilitating migraines.  So, I looked for a more natural approach in dealing with these chronic headaches and migraines. In pursuing this more holistic avenue, I am thrilled to say that I achieved great success, and have now been off my pain medications and preventative medications for nearly several years. This approach has also had other benefits and side effects  — like weight loss! Yes, living this lifestyle has helped me break free from the yo-yo effect of dieting, and I have been able to stabilize my weight while also getting back on the path of exercising regularly. Both these things have been of great benefit in achieving my more pain-free lifestyle.

I became interested in nutrition quite a few years ago, but in conjunction with starting my natural pathway to freedom from headaches, I decided to go back to school to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle. With my own personal experiences, I know I can help you accomplish your goals as well as walk you through a step-by-step guide on how to help yourself deal with the pain and anguish of migraines, as well as help you lose weight and maintain your weight.

As a person who has a tendency to hold stress in my body, I have also learned a lot about stress management in my quest for a healthier lifestyle. Learning relaxation techniques and incorporating them into my life has helped my with my migraines, and also has helped me achieve a healthier state of being. I have also been blessed with being able to share my knowledge with clients and have been able to teach them how to achieve a more relaxed and healthier lifestyle.


My Educational Background

While I attended Business College in England and later received additional schooling from our local Community College in Florida, I am most proud of the important and educational training I received from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. There I was trained in more than one hundred dietary theories and studied a variety of practical lifestyle coaching methods. Drawing on this knowledge, I will help you create a completely personalized “roadmap to health” that suits your unique body, lifestyle, preferences, and goals, as well as using this knowledge to help you achieve relief from your headaches. If you are sick and tired of living in pain, and feel you are continually tired and lacking energy, my program can help you. While I do work with people for weight loss, and help them maximizing their health, wellness and lifestyle, I specialize in migraines and chronic headaches. My desire is that you will not have to go through the misery and pain I experienced most of my life. I will guide you through how to change your lifestyle, how to de-stress, relax, and feel more energized, while helping you to find relief from your migraines and chronic headaches.
